CHARACTERISTICS OF TASTING
To the eye: garnet red with variable intensity in relation to the vintage.
On the nose: the grapes come from different sub-areas of Serralunga and, precisely for this reason, they give a very wide range of aromas that can go from captivating spicy notes to sweeter, floral and fruity ones.
On the palate: multiple sensations, we are faced with a full-bodied, classic and well structured wine that does not fear aging and represents in an excellent way the important character of our lands.
It is advisable to carafe it and drink it at a temperature of 18-20 ° C.
It is best expressed when paired with red meats, especially game and game, and with truffle dishes. It is also excellent on first courses of egg pasta with meat sauces and risottos as well as with medium-aged cow and goat cheeses.
